I asked for a refund immediately would not stay here. I killed a roach upon entering room, there was a long black hair on the pillow. All linens were stained.

This place was smelly, grimy and awful!

I wasn't expecting a grand hotel, but this place was an unexpected disaster. My first room had rain water coming in under the window. Moved to another room to find a dirty tub. Towels and linens were worn and stained. I returned to the room to find the door unlocked (I had locked it before leaving. I requested fresh towels that were never provided. The whole place was grimy and smelly. I had prepaid in advance. I won't make that mistake again.

The room smelled like cigarettes and the water that came out the faucet for the hot tub was brown. We allowed the water to run for a good 15 minutes and it was still brown. So we didnt get to use the hot tub....thr whole reason i paid almost $200 for the room for the night was because it had a hot tub. I told management and his response was,"i dont know anything about that and theres nothing i can do about it."

Roach infested.

We walked into the room as soon as we turned on the light there was roaches climbing out the walls. they weren’t scared they just kept doing what they were doing. Very disgusting.
