Noisy 1st night with group of traveling college guys coming in late & taking over breakfast the next morning or would have been better stay. 2nd night better b/c they were gone. Need better coffee & dairy free milk option. Renovation in progress so things not complete in room. When all done will be nice. Better than other places have stayed though!

I was scammed. The $100 deposit is not a hold. They removed it from my account. Travelocity was unable to resolve for me because the manager of this hotel will not respond. Check-in was long, you need shower shoes and there was mascara stains on the towels.

Avoid This Property

This property is currently undergoing a renovation to a new brand. They had to try 3 different rooms before we could find one that was not in the middle of a construction zone. The construction noise on all 4 floors was terrible. The room we finally landed in was missing all amenities, had a broken hairdryer and was generally dirty. You should avoid this property until the renovations are finished. On a positive note, the front desk clerk (Lilly) was outstanding. She was so apologetic and tried every way she could to make our stay a little better.

Worth the stay for two nights.

This was a pleasant surprise of a room. Clean room, very comfortable beds with good pillows. Quiet location. Breakfast was basic with waffles, cereal, eggs and bacon, and muffins. A couple of the plugs didn't work though.

The room was clean and the staff was very nice. The beds were soft and the room was well kept. The breakfast was somewhat lacking, no hot meat or eggs but had a variety of options.
