The wifi was the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. We couldn’t even load simple emails or map directions. They need to invest in updating this as an essential service for travelers.

We have stayed here before and this time the service was amazing especially the room service. We will definitely stay again when we’re in town for pleasure. Parking is a little tricky but we parked on the street.

Property is a bit run down. Staff are really polite and responsive when you bring an issue eg no milk in the room or shower gel to their attention. Okay for the money you pay.

Heat pump/air conditioning wasn't working so a small Living and Co heater was in tthe room. Very cold draft coming through the main door (had to use a towel to stop this) with very cold fans operating continuously in the bathroom and side room where fridge and closest was. Overall excellent location, comfortable budget hotel. Super nice staff. Parking is limited needing pre booking and can be difficult for larger vehicles due to awkward space configuration. But, you get what you pay for.

Fine as a simple place to stay for a night, although I wouldn't like to have spent much time in the room as it was small. It's not a complaint as such - I had things to do, I just needed the bed and bathroom - but I wouldn't like to be there for a week.

The 'free water' glass bottles in the fridge were dirty. I couldn't figure out the heat pump so had to use a heater that was already placed in the room so I'm guessing they already knew that the heat pump didn't pump heat.
