The room was excellent. However shower was built up so it would be difficult to use if you had a disability. The food was very average but I guess priced accordingly. The hotel is still being refurbished. Additional option of parking was a plus so was location. The hotel was on point with price. Ideal for families or traveller who were budget conscious. We stayed because our floors were being sanded so it was ideal for our needs. Jacquie

We booked this Hotel due to its proximity to the Rose Gardens and we were not let down. 2nd floor room opposite the Gardens with a great view of the Gardens - which just happen to be in full bloom at the moment. It only took 2 to 3 minutes to walk across the road for a leisurely evening stroll amongst the roses. Nice and relaxing

Hey there. My wife and I spent Sunday night at your amazing hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and Max was awesome in the restaurant 10/10 his humour and conversation was exceptional and he definitely made our dinner a very enjoyable experience.

Nice facilities, generally. But no extra blanket (it was cold) and no easy way to get another. Lots of building and construction work outside. Lots of noisy high school students staying onsite - their energy was cool, but the racket was ... not. It'll be better when the renovations have stopped, and if we were more fortunate with the guest list. Just dodgy timing. We've stayed there before and will stay there again. Location is superb.

No concierge at night and they had locked the main building. Nobody available to open the door. Lots of noise around this motel. Due to the recent refurbishment, they only offer small tables in basic rooms and only will offer a work desk if you upgrade to even more expensive rooms. Whilst I appreciated the upgrade to a room with a desk, it was not a pleasant customer experience, and I had to face a receptionist with "an attitude".

The last time I stayed at this hotel was before the renovations and it wasn't good - but now with the new look it is fantastic. They have done an incredible job with the design and decor and it really feels a different place altogether.
