Great to have onsite parking and close to cafes and city. Well priced but we barely got what we paid for. The only lighting in our room was 2 small bedside lights. These small lights were inadequate in the early morning when we got up. Had to leave the bathroom door open and light on so we could see. The restaurant was cold and the food disappointing. While we may stay again we will not go back to the restaurant.

Useful to have free parking so close to the city centre, with good bus services nearby. Nice setting opposite the rose gardens. But we couldn't get wifi at all. As we couldn't get it first time we stayed, this is likely a systemic failure. Second problem was the lukewarm fridge temperature. Staff lady said this was normal, but not food-safe. Very poor

Having stayed here before I was disappointed on this occasion. We were given room 208 which is below the dining room - the noise of chatter went on late and could be heard over earplugs. Not ideal before an early flight! But the room was clean and fresh, and staff were friendly. Love the view over the rose garden to the sea.
