The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to help us with our needs especially because we had a 2 year old. We especially appreciated the location of the hotel, it was a walking distance to shopping and dining areas. We will be back.

Overall great stay for 6 people including kids. Room are spacious, we had 3 adjacent rooms perfect from grandma/ grandpa, adults & kids. I love the goodie bags. Very close to the ferry terminal and shopping. The full kitchen is a plus.

Salt water pool!
Valet parking is expensive but safest under lock and key. There is a wilson garage across the street. The service is always good and you can't beat the location. The views from the upper floors are great. Make sure you check on beds because a single suite only sleeps 2.

Great stay, especially for a large group! We booked a 3 bedroom apartment, which were just 3 interconnecting rooms and had 2 fully equiped kitchens which were great as we travelled with 3 kids 2 & under and 6 adults. Valet parking was very convenient for us especially being in the cbd. Would definitely stay again!

We had a shirt excellent stay from the moment we arrived. Car park valet was easy, check in was simple and the room was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the heated pool. Highly recommend.

What an awesome find! We found it hard to find accommodation that was both central and suitable for a family of 5. This was just perfect. Such a great location, within close proximity to everything you need. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room was spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool was an added bonus and the kids enjoyed their time in it. We had an awesome sleep on super comfy beds and there was even a portacot set up for the little one. Thanks so much. We will defiantely be staying again!
