Disappointing experience due to terrible
We had to sit around for 2 hours waiting for it to be cleaned which was completely unacceptable plus the key holders didn't ring me back with time updates as they said they would so I had to chase them for 2 hours. The room itself was fine except there were really dirty cups and dishes in the cupboard. Shame as it's a good location.

Auckland apartment
Location was walkable to waterfront, but area is grubby. Poor amenities: mouldy bathroom, not enough towels, no drying rack for wet washed clothes,old dirty oven & hot plates, TV had no signal, no connection to Wifi, microwave did not heat up food. Apartment was very disappointing.

Nightmare
The worst experience! I arived late and my room key was not available. Had to call the administration and wait for a person to bring my key. A very unfriendly person brought it. I found garbage from the previous guest in the bathroom; clothes in the closet; and the smell of the room was awful! Room appliances are old, and a feeling of being in a dirty room is inevitable.
