We love staying at the grand millennium and this is our 4th visit now. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are spacious clean and comfortable. The pool is excellent and great for the children. The one drawback was having to park at the civic this time round as the hotel car park was full so it did cost us more that we initially planned for but that’s a small drawback. Next time we come up we’re going to try the breakfast as it’s usually out of our budget but it looks so good in the restaurant in the morning.

The Hotel location is good, but the hotel is very very old and requires innovation. The safe box was not working properly, not enough equipments in the gym and the gym is freezing. They have asked me to pay additional 2 percent because i swiped me credit card!

The facility is nice. Pool area, gym, sauna not crowded and kids enjoyed. Plenty of towels in changing room. Room kept tidy with beds made daily food within hotel has 2 options taste great and awesome service. Car park beside hotel with indoor walkways connected and we did valet there. Room was spacious and has morning sun. Toilets were kept fresh with both bath and shower. Enjoyed our stay has construction in front but doesn’t affect traffic

Upgraded room with a comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom with a tub. Very clean and tidy, the only issue was that the light switch turned on all lights in the room (except for some very dim beside lamps) would have been nice to be able to select a light or two
