Period stains in the toilet from previous guests. Couldn’t use the restroom due to this. Blood stains on the face towel. Poor hygiene. upon informing the staff, no actions taken. Was an overnight stay so managed, however this is completely unsanitary. If booking a stay please check prior and sight the room is clean enough to stay and require immediate assistance. Not impressed overall.

I stayed here the night before an international flight - this was a work trip. The shuttle van was _on time_ and responsive (and quite quick). All the staff I dealt with were very pleasant.Dinner in the restaurant was OK to good. The room was fairly large. A bit sad to be on the ground floor by the car park BUT it was quite quiet. It is an older style hotel room, but in OK condition. Very spartan (no art or colour), but with good basic stuff (kettle, coffee, milk, towells, face cloths, etc). Will keep this on my list of AKL airport stopovers.

Stop before flying

I was travelling with my dad. The bar area was lovely in the afternoon and the restaurant had really nice meals. I used the shuttle to drop my car back the day before I flew and also in the morning. The Driver and the guys at the desk were amazing and very helpful.

The hotel was good to stay at and we have stayed there a lot in the past, one problem was the stairwell and hall way smelt strongly of smoke, maybe they are using a bad carpet cleaner.

Great location to the airport with a fantastic included shuttle with friendly drivers. Our assigned room was dreadful as smelt musty and was so noisy as we were assigned ground floor opp the staff entry to the restaurant. Bed was uncomfortable and sheets didn’t feel fresh and crisp like they should in a motel. Very disappointing as our previous stay in a refurbished upstairs room was great.
