There was a mix up on upon arrival regarding the type of room we needed. The front desk staffer, Syvannah, was excellent at finding a solution. We felt supported.

Great place to stay. Really nice feel - lots of people around the pool and bar areas makes it feel a bit like a holiday hotel. Room was great and breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Comfortable rooms, good value, not too much nearby
We stayed here at the end of a 2 week trip to be close to the airport, rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Pub food was good, and staff were friendly. There is very little within walking distance of the hotel for restaurants or shopping so if you don't have a car you'll need to ride the bus or Uber.
