A nice place but the rooms are so dated and old. There was a lot of black mold in the shower, and the room had a lot of little things missing (no ironing board). The pool and fitness centre was nice

I loved staying here overnight. Beautiful garden with outdoor seating options. Enjoyed the bar , breakfast and dinning options offered. Appreciated the convenience of the bus to and from the airport for an inexpensive price of $8Nz. Great stay will use this hotel again upon my return to Auckland.

Disappointed that our room that was allocated to us had a soaking wet floor under the desk area. Water in the rubbish bin as well. Rubbish on the floor so not sure the room had been cleaned completly. However we contacted reception who sent a staff member and we were allocated another room. Very happy with this new room, comfortable bed and excellent breakfast.

The best hotel ever! Spacious lobby and bar and restaurant area. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking and lots of it. The room was lovely and the bed and bed linen were great. Soft and harder pillows and efficient AC. Couldn’t fault anything!

Was surprised at condition of rooms, not up to par for holiday inn. At least what I’m used to. Common spaces were fine but room was terrible. Music was cranked at pool and could not sleep because of it. Front desk said they would turn it down but did not. It was raining out and nobody at pool so made no sense.Terrible experience, won’t go back.
