Really nice hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean. The breakfast buffet has a really good spread and you can just stuff yourself and go on the day tours. The area is nice and walkable distance to the Viaduct harbor. Many good places to eat. The Grill, the in house restaurant was booked so we couldn’t eat there but we ordered room service and it was pretty good. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The room was very modern and spotless. Bed was very comfortable and I had the best sleep during my stay.The staff were very polite and helpful. The only downside was there was no body lotion in the amenities like typical hotels usually offer.

The hotel is just four months old. Anecdotally speaking "even the paint has not dried yet". Located just across the road from Central bus station from where one can catch a bus to cities and towns through out the north island. as well as a coach to the airport . Rooms are big, very clean and the bed is the one of the most comfortable I have slept on. Bottled water was complimentary. Breakfast was sumptuous but limited for vegetarians. Only negative aspect is that there was no coffee machine which most five stars hotels have on th ebreakfast bar. Rooms at the front may hear traffic noise until late. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
