I had a very pleasant experience at this property. The room was immaculate. Great amenities, good running water and excellent lighting. The view was outstanding.
I don’t often stay in Auckland city as I live just over the bridge. But I thought I would shout myself a city stay. This hotel is right across the road from Skycity casino complex and the new convention crntre(whenever it gets finished)
Lovely room. Big tv. Great for one person and spotlessly clean. The bathroom has a large shower. Breakfast was extra but thought I would give it a go. A great selection of juice, yoghurt and a chef to cook your eggs. Next time u will take the bus from the north shore as the bus stop is just a few steps away. Parking is a bit tricky. Call early for a parking space in their allocated Skycity parks. Otherwise there is Wilson parking or Nelson st car park. Overall I had a great stay!
Place itself was very clean and tidy. Nice comfortable bed, room layout was good no fault with the room. Only problem is the $200 hold they put on the CC and then the 3 days you have to wait for it to be refunded. Ive stayed with other hotels who charge a 0.00 balance but as long as they have your CC details and if they need to charge they have these details to do so, you should do the same.
We loved our stay and will return. Very helpful staff. Great location. Great food in the restaurant. Sunny well laid out room with a bit of a view (we were on the 8th floor)
Really enjoyed our stay here - the reception staff, the breakfast staff and the cafe staff, so friendly and helpful. Room was excellent as was the bathroom. So convenient to the city centre and harbour area.
