The building and our room were very good.
The service not so good.
The check out was very slow and had an error.
Received a phone call in the morning to confirm dinner details from night before.
Restricted beer available. My choice was warm.
All staff tried to please but appeared uncertain.
I do not like to be required off site.

Pros: New property, great staff and service. Great location.
Cons:Terrible stay because we had lights in our room hallway area turn on in the middle of the night. First night we were super jetlagged after w day of flying and tired to call. Second night we called front deck at 3am and someone came and replaced the strobe light. Third night the other hallway light turned on we didn't bother to call again. There's something seriously wrong with their system. We were so tired after saying here due to the lack of sleep.
Manager was very nice and apologetic but said there was nothing he can do since this was paid through expedia. we had multiple hotel meals but he said since they were already processed nothing much he can do. So really it's more like a save face act.
Hotel restaurant food is good but the the hotel has a credit card surcharge.
I would not recommend anyone staying here if you want to sleep.
No on site car park. Facilities were nice and clean. Toilet paper was very rough! 😂 lol because little things like that matter. Wouldve like heat pump in the room.
Accidentally booked here as i thkight i was booking the one closer to viaduct. But this one is way nicer!
Clean, quiet room, comfy bed and decent shower.
The only thing is I thought they had parking but they don't. They'll tell you to park at Wilsons on Hobson st, but as I was only staying one night I went for Nelson St, $10 overnight.
Will likely stay here again.
