The stay was good. Was ignored on check-in for almost 5 minutes while the front desk agent talked to maintenance men. Still waitimg on my $150 room deposit to return to my account. Emailed the front office manager over 24 hours ago for them to email westpac to release the bond, sent a follow-up email today, still no response

A very pleasant surprise and will definitely be back. I frequently travel to the CBD for work and have stayed in various hotels, and Imagine is a hidden gem. I stayed in the Exec. Studio and so on the corner which is nice and means quiet. Room is very nicely appointed, comfortable bed, and nice bathroom. A good working stay and would be good for a few days in the city as super close to everything. Nice and new as well so that's a bonus.

Beautiful rooms and incredibly helpful staff! Parking is a 3 minute walk away and at a reduced rate for the parking garage. A ton of restaurants and a grocery store within a few blocks.

This hotel is on one of the great bus routes. 1-2 minutes walk to a bus stop to take you to Parnell, Newmarket or Victoria Park the opposite way. It is modern, fairly new with great bathrooms. We arrived early and managed to get an early check in. Wonderful front os house service.

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of my trek around NZ, and liked it so much I cancelled the hotel at the end of my trip and booked this one again. Rooms are large and well decorated, bathrooms are huge. Location is ideal. Staff are super personable. It was my favorite hotel of my six ones I tried throughout the country.

The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were clean, but the air conditioning unit was loud, the toilets were loud enough to wake the other up when flushed. The Auckland chlorination is so strong that the fan was not able to keep the place well ventilated. My recommendation is new quieter air conditioning units, new quieter toilets and a water filtration system for the building would make it a 5 star rating for me.

Overall we were happy with our stay at Imagine beach hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were fairly new and modern with everything we needed. The location was good and walking distance to the main parts of the CBD. The only complaint we have was the outside noise was easily heard on level 4, including the hallway and roads.
