I liked the proximity to the airport and the spaciousness of the room. I did not like the carpet tiles and the fabricated materials used to decorate the room with. It feels very industrial and rather basic, like a cheap office

Convenient Airport Hotel

Great, friendly Shuttle Service to and from the airport.Quick check-in. Good size room. Clean. Spacious bathroom. Had all the amenities we needed. Particularly liked the good quality multi bag which came in handy for my toothbrush and toothpaste. It would have been beneficial to have the light above the tea/coffee facilities operating independently of the main lights, it could act as a night light.

Booked one night before an early flight next morning. We arrived around 9pm. After parking we were looking for reception - luckily a women walking by pointed us in the right direction otherwise it was quick hard to find. Check-in was easy and staff were pleasant even though it was pretty busy. Our room was nice and roomy(deluxe king) and had all we needed. We didn't find the bathrobes until later in a secret cupboard - not obvious as it doesn't have a door handle, it it just looks like a wall panel. Had dinner in the hotel which was nice and convenient . Overall a great place to stay.

Focus on the little things

Nice check in staff, stay was going great until found no iron on the room I had to call twice for an iron highlighting my tight time frame, but received no urgency Offered to go to housekeeping myself as I was totally happy to do so, but asked not to. I ended up going to housekeeping where the staff were terrific and gave me an iron The iron I ordered turned up after 20 minutes and I had already ironed my shirt Such a simple thing that soured an otherwise great stay

Very comfortable place to stay if you are travelling to or from Auckland Airport. The facilities were modern and our room was very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking is an added bonus as we were able to keep our car there while we were away. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

It is good and renovated hotel but were surprised to find out on weekends no al carte menu from restaurant but you have to pay $55 per adult to have buffet dinner but if you dont want buffet dinner they still let you order from all day menu but you can't eat in the dinning room you have to eat in room very disappointing dinning experience.

Easy parking. Close to airport. Clean and modern room. Kids play area with toys on the 2nd floor was great. Parked car for a week while away, transport was great and easy cost less than airport parking. Will use again for future airport trips
