Room was cleaner than the room we stayed in a week earlier which was a relief. Came in on an early morning flight (1am) and pick up in the shuttle and check in was easy and staff were friendly. Looked very much forward to the buffet breakfast, daughter and I are both gluten free and I’d read that the breakfast caters for this. Breakfast was a total shambles!! Random pots just plonked on the table, it was messy looking and uninviting, if there was anything gluten free (nothing was labelled as such) it was not kept separated from other dishes, risking cross contamination which is a serious issue for coeliacs. We’d paid for breakfast and we were hungry but to be safe we stuck to fruit and yoghurt. Disappointing.

The beds were comfy and staff friendly but room was quite grubby. Drops of something red (toothpaste? Lotion?) dried on bathroom sink bench, I could remove it with wet finger though. Bathroom cabinet mirror was grubby with greasy marks. Disappointing as you are left wondering how clean the rest of the room is then, which isn’t a nice feeling. I wasn’t feeling well and had an early flight next morning so I just ignored it but it was disappointing.

Lovley hotel clean room everything you need . Located near the airport. They have a free shuttle bus 24/7 which is an added bonus . The staff are lovley too especially Hetta she went over and above to be friendly and helpful

NOT A CONVENIENT BUS RIDE !

The hotel was clean, staff polite, but the whole stay was let down by the BUS RIDE (from hotel to airport) - They offer you a shuttle service, but do not tell you that the bus drops you off almost half a kilometer from the terminal entrance! (at 4.30 am on a cold dark windy morning, with luggage on tow, this is NOT fun - It was awful to say the least) Best to stay somewhere else and take a taxi to the terminal enterance
