This hotel was a wonderful way to finish our vacation in New Zealand. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We appreciated the service in the bar and restaurant. Tristan was great. The buffet in the morning offered a lot of choices and the staff was able to help me with something fresh. Honestly, the best service of all of the 10 hotel stops we had during our vacation.

What makes M-Social stand above its peers is its exceptional and helpful reception and restaurant staff. We thank Rainer (the restaurant manager) who amazingly remembered us and provided us with a warm welcome. Again we enjoyed the food and Rainer's excellent service. We'll be back again.

The only thing that lets you down is the external noise. Although you are double glazed it is only a very narrow gap between the glass panes hence the noise comes in. You need a sound proofing triple glazing system.

Wonderful stay with really helpful & friendly staff. Room & bathroom pretty clean but surfaces are quite dusty. Otherwise it is the perfect room for me. Will stay here again when visiting Auckland in future. Also going to recommend others to stay here.
