I recently stayed at Manha Airport Hotel... Convenient and central, with easy access to nearby attractions. I felt secure throughout my stay, with good security measures in place. No night time reception for with noisy customers
We requested to be moved due to noise from the room above and this was dealt with swiftly courteously. However, there is no night security or reception on duty in the small hours when I had to take it upon myself to ask the 6 people that were chatting loudly at 1 in the morning for 20 minutes. I should not have been put in this position. Appalling when you consider there is a quiet policy from 10 at night, but evidently this is policed by the guests! Furthermore, the industrial company next door commenced work at 4:30 in the morning literally shifting shipping containers. You could not have made this experience up. I will never stay here again, which is a shame because the property is modern, well kept and convenient but that counts for nothing if you are constantly interrupted by excessive noise when you have an early flight. Don’t do it!
