Clean tidy. Would have been helpful to have power both sides of bed for phone charging. Also wifi was hit and miss dropping constantly. Overall good stay

Fastidiously clean. Freshly renovated. Basic cooking implements, but enough to cook. Had to change to a unit with a cooktop as none in the first unit. No problems with the WIFI. Daily clean towels. I would stay again.

The fact that the motel was on a busy road i had the best sleep ever, couldn't hear the traffic at all. I also enjoy how very central the motel was in walking distance of many shops and food outlets

Clean tidy but cold as heater was not working and no spare blankets on a winter visit to Auckland. Bedside lamp light not working Very little milk in fridge. I did inform the checkout lady of these things

Pros: price, proximity to airport, friendly staff, clean room, proximity to shopping mall and grocery store. Cons: No aircon and no humidity control. Room felt damp, windows were dripping wet. Must have mould issue. Ceiling fan rattles, terrifying to sleep directly beneath. Cheap car smelling air freshener smell was overwhelming and toxic, could not sleep without fan on. 06:51 construction crew began pouring concrete driveway and parking area. No guest was able to sleep. No warning and no apologies. Too bad for those recovering from jetlag.

Nice and close to Rainbows End, food outlets and mall. Our room was kept clean by housekeeping and our check in was quick and efficient. A convenient stay for what we needed.

Found tags under the bed that weren't ours. Bathroom was clean. We had an Family Room and the bedroom upstairs didn't have curtains - just a wooden blind that didn't keep the room dark. No TV upstairs, just a small one downstairs and a small uncomfortable 2 seater couch. I would have said it was cheap and cherry - but it wasn't cheap. Not sure if I will come back again. Property seems to be slipping in quality (that was our 4th stay). But, the staff were awesome - friendly and helpful - and the location is great for food and shopping options.
