Stayed here for an event happening at Spark Arena. Just made everything easy as its only a 2 minute walk to the venue. Check in was slow as they only had one guy manning the front desk during peak time and he was trying to do everything including retrieving peoples bags. I felt sorry for him. When we eventually got to our room it was great. Everything we needed and it was a spacious room.

It’s convenient to Spark. Disappointed that the hot buffet breakfast was no longer available and hot breakfast was extra. Didn’t k know about the change of Name communications very poor as we were meeting friends that had never been there before so thought they were in the wrong place.
