They Charged me twice and I still have not been able to contact anyone at the hotel. Emails ignored, phone doeanr get answered. Aside from that, they had one staff member on at check out on a Sunday morning. Long line forms due to lack of staff. Hotel is decent but the service is terrible and making unauthorised transactions on a person’s debit card is not on.

I was unable to access the free wifi and informed 4 different desk clerks with little assistance to rectify the issue in my room. My room was not serviced once for a three day stay. Desk clerks polite but not helping. But was able to get a late checkout.

We booked and paid for a 1 bedroom apartment with ensuite and private balcony. Instead they put us in a disgusting room, broken blind in main bedroom, very small, bed creaked noisy air con, dirty furniture, second bedroom had 2 beds side by side. Dark, musty. Lounge furniture dirty. Very noisy. Dont stay here. No apology from hotel re their dishonesty. Disgusting behavior.

I loved my stay at Nesuto :) Just a few things I wanted to touch on was: The bed was uncomfortable. There were no roller beds available for our 3rd person so they slept on the tiny couch. There wasn’t enough shower gel and hand wash and toilet paper for 3 people. The hotel was nice on convenient for us.
