Excellent place to stay for a night before an early flight. Stylish, spacious, spotless. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic and we were thrilled with the view from our room over the airport, planes and sea. Very quiet at night and so convenient - walk across the street and you're in the airport terminal. We thought it well worth the money and absolutely would stay again.

Waited a long time to check in. Admittedly a flight had been cancelled to somewhere and they were all being helped but having checked in online there was no special check in so we had to wait 30 minutes or so.

Lovely quiet room and very convenient from airport. Did not like the temporary fencing around the entrance. Get off a plane at midnight and have to walk around to access the door to the hotel is a pain.

Top Airport Hotel Pick Near AKL
You can't go wrong with this hotel. It's excellent and much better than the Pullman. I tried both hotels as I traveled in/out of Auckland. The staff are very friendly and the food is wonderful. I chose to stay in their executive room, which can't be beat!

Great for international airport
We needed to stay at airport hotel because of international flight the next morning. Novotel is very convenient for this reason. However, due to delays with our domestic flight, we arrived at the hotel just before 10pm! Restaurant was closed, all we could have was quick drink at the hotel bar before they closed. Room service was severely limited but it was fine and efficient.
