Really friendly encounter wth reception both checking in and out. The room had everything I needed including washing machine and drier. Bed was good. And it was quiet. It was also close to the shopping centre as well.

We actually left ….

We booked a two night stay in a deluxe apartment and left after an hour … and we only stayed that long to look for an airbnb. Check-in was advised to be available from 2pm. The room wasn’t available and we waited (only about 30mins, so not too bad and the staff member was lovely). When we got to the room there was nothing deluxe about it. The space was TINY, quite dated and needed a good clean. There were marks on the walls, black hairs in the bathroom and a long dark hair on the bed. The wind howled through the windows that didn’t close properly and we sat on the world’s most uncomfortable couch to find somewhere else to stay. We did not regret leaving (didn’t even argue for our money back) and had a great stay at a lovely airbnb to end our stay in NZ.

Nice place to stay clean 👌 but had a funny stench coming from the bathroom sink other then that i enjoyed my stay 😄 loved there was a dryer&washer for washing in the bathroom && the view was epic from the 11th floor 🙌 Will be back in the future
