Fairly disappointed overall, the hotel really lacked any character and v limited facilities / felt quite basic. It’s meant to be a 5 star hotel but it felt more like a solid 3 to 4 star max. Better off staying somewhere cheaper No desk in the room, no pool and poor gym. Also lacked a concierge. No lounge area and limited lobby seating. Room was a view of a car park and road. There was also a fire alarm test at 5.30am which woke us up, apparently this was a mistake. We were compensated but this wasn’t proactive and had to complain. Poor crisis management skills.

A great stay thanks , comfy beds modern decor. Could do with a bit more light in the rooms though and why not just include breakfast rather than the $30 voucher that does not cover the whole cost of the breakfast. ?
