We have stayed in this unit twice before. This time we notice the drawer handle on the cutlery drawer kept falling off the drawer, the filter on the front of the dryer fell off when we used the dryer, and the door between the bedroom and the bathroom was completely jammed shut and would not open. Everything else was excellent, bed was VERY comfortable, washer dryer combo good (except for fault noted above). Kitchen well stocked. We will stay here again, and probably ask for the same unit next time.

The noise in the next room we couldnt sleep all night we complained and they said why didnt we ring reception but there was no one there . They did move us but reluctantly. The staff need to take a lesson in civility and customer relations Sorry but wont go back

Great sized room for a quick over night stay. Shower pressure was great, staff were friendly and onsite parking was a bonus. Good location. However, lobby had an odour that wasn’t the nicest and A lot of street noise. Otherwise very happy with the stay.

I loved staying here. Incredibly clean and professional for the price, the staff were great and the area is THE BEST. I’m going to start here again on my return out of Auckland!
