Nice amenities and laundry in the unit. Nice view of the beach and only a block away to walk to restaurants, beach and grocery store. Nice pool, hot tub and work out facility. Wo up ld stay here again

No air conditioning, but nice cool breeze with sliding doors open. Except had to constantly close due to smoking on balconies, so not completely smoke free. Found our door not only unlocked but ajar one day. When I called, ‘will tell housekeeping’. They should try an apology too. I know elevator and floors are secure, but anyone on that floor could have taken a tour of our suite. Wifi kept going off line for first two days. Finally fixed. I thought I booked at a Ramada hotel. This is actually an apartment/hotel. Pool and amenities were nice. Apartment was lovely. Housekeeping a little erratic. Stayed 8 nights no change of bed linens, minimal cleaning.

A clean spacious suite with partial view of the ocean. Instructions for parking were clear and easy to find. It was a short walk to the beach as well as a good selection of restaurants. The suite could be good for a few days if you don’t plan to cook a lot in the room. A small kitchenette is available for light cooking. We felt totally safe at this location and the room was quiet.

Orewa is a busy but friendly beach suburb of Auckland and this accommodation is the only high-rise building in the area. I’ve no idea how they got planning permission, but you’ll never get lost. The apartment had everything we needed and amazing views of the ocean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I generally don’t love combined washer-dryers but it worked well enough to meet our needs. Secure parking was great. Evening walks on the beach were lovely. Woolies at your door for supplies. Not sure if we would return to Orewa (a little busy for us), but if we did, we would consider staying here again.
