We enjoyed a great wiew of the city of Auckland. The hotel is a walkable distance to the harbour where you can take a ferry to different places, including the zoo, which is surrounded by exuberant nature. The breackfast buffet is delicious especiallly the egg Custerd.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Sky City Grand. The views of the harbour bridge was amazing, the room was clean and tidy, we ordered room service later in the eveing and were impressed by the quality and portion. The only down side was walking past the sky tower/casino area where there are a number of smokers, rowdy people that take away from the beautiful vibe the sky city grand hotel brings.

An amazingly beautiful and luxurious hotel. Well worth the price for the location and amenities. We never made it to the casino, however, I saw lots of pictures and heard from lots of people that it was fabulous.

Excellent service. We were very early to the hotel and were still able to check in which was a huge help after a long 14 hr flight. Comfortable bed, nice room. Many dining options though most were quite pricey. The central location was a bonus however, so was very convenient to exploring the city on foot
