Over all our stay was great, close to restaurants, the ferry terminal, walking distance to most things we were interested in, my only problem was the room was quite dark, no matter whether we had all the lights on? Bathroom could do with some hooks to hang towels or clothing to keep them off the floor

The hotel is lovely, very clean and beautiful interior. Highly recommend MASU restaurant and bar, exceptional.. Rooms are well appointed and modern.comfortable bed. Close to shops, Sky Tower, Casino etc. Be careful of aggressive beggars on street outside near Casino though.

Paying our bill was a muddle due to the fact we had made a deposit but it was not returned for several days, Tea making in room poor with nowhere to put used teabag without dripping it on the carpet!
