Lack of apologies

We got off the cruise ship and went to the hotel at 9:30 AM. They told us they would call us just as soon as the rooms were ready. By 2:47pm the rooms were Singaporestill not ready at all and they put it back on us that we asked to be side-by-side on the same floor. That was not true. We had requested the same floor when booked. We just wanted to be on the same floor and not one apology was given. Just the comment that they were really busy. They just put it back on the customer which is not a way to run a business. Mean while a tour group came in around 3:00 and got all their rooms in 15 minutes. The frustration was in the lack of apologies!

Location was great. Restaurants around the hotel were unique and fun with great food and service. The view from our room was fantastic, of both the harbour bridge and the Skytower. Room was modern, roomy and comfortable.

Amazing hotel! Super clean, great bed, room was very well appointed and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and they had great restaurants onsite. Been many times to Auckland and this is my favorite new hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

A nice splurge

Wonderful hotel. Booked this for my last night of vacation and enjoyed how upscale and comfortable it was. Nice location in central business district. Good staff, helpful. Super nice bed and wonderful view of the harbor via a huge window.

Outstanding, but bring an adapter!

Fantastic valet, and concierge team. Very proactive. Great room. The only downside was that there are no connections in the rooms for USB ports or British or American plugs and they have no adapters. We were able to go out and buy one fortunately.
