Hotel room was OK. Buffet breakfast appalling!

The buffet breakfast for the cost and NO included flat white is appalling! The hotel needs to understand that the breakfast is nearly the last impression a guest may leave with. I’d not recommend it.

Good location. Nice pool. Good curation of artwork. Room is dated. House keeping staff needs to be better trained. Daily cleaning is not done thoroughly. Room amenties also not topped up properly.

A stunning property, great rooms and quick elevator. Awesome views the staff are amazing. Some of the best in any hotel I have stayed in. We had the best stay as a family in 3 rooms. We were well taken care of and treated so well. Thank you to the staff at sky city grand you are all awesome. Breakfast in the terrace was also outstanding
