Great place to stay
We had a king size room. Very spacious. Staff were excellent and very helpful. Lots of dining options both in the hotel complex (includes a casino) and in the streets nearby. We had pizza, kebabs, went to the turkish restaurant across the street, and had Korean barbecue. Many of the day tours start and end here which is very convenient. We will be visiting again.

Need to be more guest centred.
We’ve stayed before, Staff are lovely. Checkin was ok, although I had a broken ankle this stay and didn’t really appreciate the comment ‘your room is close to the lifts’ and it was not even close at all. Parking should be free for guests but they charge $35 a day. Will probably consider somewhere else next time I’m in Auckland.
