This place is not fire safe. Fire doors were wedged open compromising the escape route. It was clearly mentioned and the dangers explained to the person on reception who then relayed it to the manager. The response was that should there be a fire then he the receptionist would go and close all the doors. When we went out shortly afterwards two doors had been closed but the remaining doors were left open still causing the same issue. Clearly there is no understanding of how these doors work and protect from smoke and fire. This was evident as in the morning the doors had been re-wedged open. These doors remained wedged open for the remainder of our stay. For this reason I would not stay here again.

Rude staff or manager; I attempted multiple times to check over the phone. Our connection was disconnected many times. Said hed email/whatsapp me and never did. Told me I needed to be more “organized”. Do not stay here they are NOT accommodating ; opposite of “flexi”.

What an excellent place to stay. It was spotless, the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early having travelled quite a way. It's handy to everything, 10 mins from Sylvia Park, 15 mins to Go Stadium. Will definitely stay there again.

Room was clean and comfortable. You need your keycard for EVERYTHING - including turning on the power to the room, getting through a couple of doors to get to the room, and of course, for the rolling gate access for vehicles and pedestrians.
