Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. They were able to upgrade me and did so without any hassle.
Jennifer and her co-worker (sorry i forgot the name) on the Sunday evening were 2 i asked alot of questions to and they were great.
Great stay. Rooms clean and comfortable. Seems everything closes up quite early in Auckland midweek and we couldn’t get a drink at the bar in the hotel after 10. Room service available and v good.
The room was lovely, super clean and the bed was comfortable. We were on the 9th floor below the rooftop bar but we couldn’t hear a think! It felt very secure and a great location too!

Sadly I did not like the majority of the service provided due to the lack of the staff been unpleasant to talk to and always ask for the payment first before making the order also the hotel lack cleanliness and the shower is very low pressure. Would have loved to give better feedback considering the fact myself been in the industry for more than 17 years, hoping to see improvement in the future in your property.
I am a regular and always enjoy it's clean fresh. I am often a solo traveller and feel safe. Staff are lovely and service is always of high standard.
Location and parking options are great.
