Convenient parking, efficient and friendly staff, what appeared to be newly renovated rooms. Very short walk to both the beach and the centre of Orewa, where there are plenty of restaurants, takeaways and shops.

Our studio room was very nice, bathroom and kitchen were well maintained and spotless. The beds were comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach and town.

The one staff member did not speak or understand English and there was a note on the desk saying that the owner was called back to China I could on speak to the staff thru an interpreter on her Cell Phone She was the only staff in the whole complex She was not around until mid afternoon

Summer Inn was a perfect location for our 2 nights in Orewa. Excellent beach access, 10 minute walk to beautiful Alice Eaves Scenic Reserve and 10 minute walk to MANY restaurants & shops. Was a BONUS to discover all rooms were completely renovated in 2025. On-site parking is plentiful and free.
