Its in a great location the views from the room are cool with lots of glass in the rooms and very cosy. The no party policy is just words on the form. There was a lot of noise from upstairs and voices in the corridors at night. People throwing stuff off the balcony as well. Local restaurants and bars are impressive. I would stay again for the view and location. No double glazing which would have made rooms better. Shower leaked onto the floor but had good water pressure. Really nice balcony. Reception needs better signage it was only because I had read the reviews that I knew the coffee shop was reception. Its not bad just different.

The room was lovely and had a good view of the park. Sitting on the balcony and admiring the view is a very good way to start the day. I found the reception desk hard to find. It looked at first glance like a cafe. A notice by the lifts on the ground floor as to its location would have been helpful.

Property was great. Check in was smooth however I don’t like the idea of holding a bond. We checked in around 7.30pm not many places to eat around the area were open on a Friday night. We stayed because it was affordable and we haven’t stayed there before.

Huge rooms that were clean, relatively well looked after with some wear and tear. Reception is a bit odd as it looks like a cafe, super safe area with easy transport options out the front.

Location was good, room was great and clean as a whistle except for the living room rug. Someone tracked something around and left the rug needing a deep clean. Nothing the regular cleaning people could have dealt with. Looked like grease. We had a terrific view including a balcony with table and chairs off the living area. Loved having a full-sized washer and dryer too.

A good central location, and the rooms are large and light. Love the balcony, and the coffee machine. The staff are friendly, and, I have seen some complaints about parking, but when I was there (Monday/tuesday) there was LOTS of street parking behind the hotel… hourly rate but free overnight, so was perfect for my needs. Second time staying and it was much cleaner this time (last time there were some minor renovations going on, which was the reason).

The overall stay was great. Ran into some issues with a non-working television that was repaired the next day. We were offered a late checkout on our departure day which was appreciated. There was also a metal bar on the sliding entrance that was not fastened securely, a potential trip hazard since I use a cane to walk- but luckily I did not trip.
