The staff member was helpful, helping us set up the sofa bed and provided sheets. We were told there were blankets in the closet. There wasn't. Lots of things that need repair. Power socket hanging off the wall. Shower door didn't stop water from spraying all over the floor in the bathroom. I would not recommend for a family to stay here.

We booked a room for 4 people; 2 adults and 2 children. We were aware this meant 1 queen bed, 1 single, and 1 pull out couch. But the pull out couch didn't fit in the room, so our daughter slept on the couch as it was. Therefore, this is definitely not a 4 person room. Otherwise the location was perfect, property clean, and the room had everything we needed (other than the right amount of beds that fit in the room!).

Spacious 3 room, good for family. But Hot water was terrible! was luke warm 1 person got a semi decent shower the rest couldnt shower. A bit run down overall. Wouldnt stay again

We booked and paid for4 people (2 couples) but the pullout sofa had a very thin,very smelly matress. The lovely staff tried to help with a thick single mattress to put on top, but didnt really work

We booked on the day of our stay, was 2bdrm not 3 bdrm (other bed was in lounge) TV wasn’t working, spa was out of order and had been for a few weeks (with no info on website about it) bathroom didn’t have a bath even tho showed in images- we were looking forward to a soak after a day hike. Apartment was clean however we were frustrated at not getting the facilities we saw in images.

Don’t do it is my advice. We arrived at 4.30 on check in day to find a closed office and no sign of any staff. A note on the window said if the office was unattended we should have an email giving our room number and how to access the key. There was no email. We rang the contact number provided (which obviously provided a service for multiple hotels) and were asked where we were and told that someone would be there to help us shortly. No one came as we waited in the cold for at least 10 minutes. We rang back, we were then provided with a room number and the code for the key lock box. Room ordinary and not well cleaned in parts (a piece of dental floss in the bathroom drawer which was stained and unpleasant. Did not see a staff member for the rest of our overnight stay or at checkout the next morning. Spend your money somewhere else.

Great for what it is and the price. Bed was hard and on a lean. Not having a manned office on site was annoying with no eftpos machine but writing your credit card details on paper - not professional or safe.
