A stay i wished was longer!

I recently stayed at the newly opened Maxim hotel for a night and immediately wished it was longer trip as i was thoroughly impressed with my experience. Despite being open for only a week, everything was running smoothly and the attention to detail was evident. The staff were absolutely lovely, and i appreciated, Sylvia, the Director of Hotel Operations, making time to have a friendly chat with me, whilst assisting me with access to the gym - a nice personal touch. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, with easy access to Albany Mall as well as the State highway. I highly recommend Maxim for anyone looking for a clean, modern and well located accommodation option. I am sure the hotel will only continue to improve as it establishes itself further!

Relaxing and Comfortable

I stayed two nights in an Urban house room which offers a well set up kitchette. The hotel is new, room was beautifully appointed cozy robes and slippers, very comfortable bed, quality sheets and the fluffiest towels! Nice products in the bathroom too. Hotel is quite and professional and friendly staff. The price was very reasonable for the quality and location. Free parking was good. I will definately stay again!

Me and my partner stayed from Wednesday 15/01/25 to Sunday 19/01/25. We came across an issue with Expedia and the Hotel (I booked the hotel from Expedia under me but my mother inlaw paid it woth her credit card so the Hotel booking ended up been under her and not me) But thankfully the staff helped us sort it thanking them very much. Every Staff we came across were very lovely respectful & kind. We got a standard king side room. No complaining at all room was beautiful cozy safe modern clean. We made the most of the pool and spa had just opened on Saturday 18/01/25 very elegant spotless. Many many stores plus a mall around the Hotel walking distance at that. Fast food takeaways very close who can moan about that. Free parking (oh man your wining) Worth every penny we spent and on top off that Maxim Hotel was our first ever Hotel stay so now our standard are very high. I would recommend this Hotel for couples and family’s. If we are ever in Auckland again we will definitely stay here again. We may bring our kids along the next round or we may leave it just for us.

New hotel which has just opened. Staff were very attentive and friendly. As the hotel had only just opened there were a couple of small things which did not affect our stay. They were sorted by the staff.
