We stay here regularly. Two bedroom unit with kitchenette is perfect for my wife and granddaughter and I. Handy to the CBD. Handy to public transport. Walking distance to Parnell Shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic views overlooking the Harbour from the rooms on the upper level. Great value for money. The only problem (if you can call it a problem) is you need to book early.
An older building but still kept clean and maintained. Situated in a quiet area close to the city. I enjoyed staying there and plan to stay there often.
Always a pleasure to stay at the Parnell Conference Centre, but they need to fix the shower door in Room 23 as it doesnt seal and leaks alot of water on the floor because it a slip hazard.

Clean , quiet, accessible, well set up. Highly recommend
Location is the best thing about this hotel. It’s really dated and not everything works. Beds were comfy but sitting on the couch was not. Needs an upgrade. Staff member on front desk was bordering on rude - totally disinterested.
