The good: bed v comfy, nice towels and sheets, heated towel rack, toiletries nice, good water pressure, quiet air con, maintenance quick to respond to a few issues, parking good, The bad: no microwave or toaster, no plunger coffee or plunger, no vent in bathroom, carpets a bit shabby, walls need a paint job

We have stayed here before and will stay here again. The 2 bedroom units are perfect for our family and a great price. The Hotel is handy to Auckland CBD and Newmarket and within walking distance of Parnell shops, restaurants and the Parnell Cathedral. Some of the units are a bit dated but it looks like the hotel are working through an upgrade. All units we have been in have been clean and comfortable and staff have been very helpful.
