Excellent location for my needs with bus stop over the road and 2 train stations into city about 15mins walk away. Staff very accommodating re pre- arranged early check in. Kitchen sparsely stocked with cutlery etc. Light sleepers may find traffic noise disturbing with motel between main highway and railway tracks. Good shopping facilities 15min walk away.

Road frontage was not the most alluring but once in the room it was newly renovated, comfortable, and quite surprisingly as it’s right on great South Road. Definitely stay for me in the future on business trips

Rubbish bags and shopping trolleys all very open to view to the side of our unit. The "Walk In" shower advertised was quite a step up into shower and the bathroom could have been cleaner. Rather tired looking units in need of a refresh. On a positive note the staff member on when arrived was friendly and helpful.

Was in a good location & there’s both a train station and Supermarket handy. The walls were thin and could easily hear people talking in the next room, were surprised the staff couldn’t speak English and used a device to translate what you said. They supply a microwave but ask you not to cook anything that could leave a smell !!

We liked the amenities, fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, dishes, tea and coffee. The shower was great with lots of hot water. Didn't like the fact that the walls were paper thin and could hear the people next door

Here for two nights - staying for the location really, but overall not somewhere we would book again due to average condition and poor soundproofing- next door had their tv on both nights all night and slept poorly as a result. Staff was not that present
