Beautiful hotel, centrally located albeit on a steep street. Stunning views from room over harbour. Very modern fit out in room which i liked. Hotel rooftop bar has unbelievable views - but you need to book and pay a deposit to get a table (bar availability my only negative)
Location was excellent and there is a very good Italian restaurant on the ground floor which has superb food.
Reception staff were efficient and friendly. They make every attempt to get you registered and to your room as quickly as possible. They even had a second member of staff to monitor the queue in case you just had a quick question.
The best was the laundry facility After a week in Fiji we were so pleased to be able to do our washing!
Would definitley recommend this hotel. Ask for a room overlooking the Skytower.
Stayed here for 2 weeks and loved every moment of it. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful (never got a bad vibe). Breakfast was always good. I ate at the restaurant a few times and that food was tasty as well. Nice roof top bar. Cleanliness is a 10/10 in all areas. This is my 2nd time staying here and I’d probably stay here Everytime I’m in Auckland.
The staff was so warm and welcoming, every time I enter and exit the elevator they would greet me with a smile and then open the elevator.
Breakfast was really nice, the fresh juices and fruits. Conveniently located in the center of everything
We loved the ambience and facilities provided.
Buffet breakfast was great, and the receptionists were welcoming.
Only thing we had a serious issue with was Housekeeping. We booked 4 days 3 nights and our room wasn’t properly looked after. We asked for housekeeping on the second night because the bins were full and towels needed to be changed, the result was subpar.
If the hotel provided guests rooms with cleaning supplies, we would definitely clean our rooms ourselves!
