Great easy location. Clean rooms. Although the rooms & hotel are feeling ‘tired’ the service was great. Food options were fabulous as were the room service options. For the price we paid, this is great value for money.

The place was family friendly. Spacious bath and shower included in the room. Outdoor pool was very cold, but my kids were thrilled with a quick dip in the spa. Reasonably priced, beautiful lobby, convenient location.

Ok, this place had a 9.0 on Hotels.com, that's at least 2.0 too high. This is a big standard 3star (6/10) airport hotel. The decor is run down and 1970's - our room had a GLASS WALLED shower that was surrounded by a curtain that could be pulled aside by anyone in the bedroom. The spa pool is outside and wasn't uncovered requiring you to unplug the grommets yourself if you wanted to use it. Our bathroom toilet flush was broken and has to be operated by accessing the cistern. The food was massively overpriced. Big let down as there were other cheaper places we considered but paid a bit more for the pool and spa which were not usable. Try elsewhere.

Good things - Very spacious, we appreciated our room was partitioned between the beds, and seemed very quiet. We had a accessible shower which is fine but water goes everywhere. Also great to have free parking, and good proximity to Sylvia park. The gym was more equipped than most, spa pool was a little cold, although the bar/dining seemed quite expensive, and got charged an extra $1.50 for having a coffee takeaway, which is ridiculous.
