This apartment complex is in a great location. Very convenient and close to everything. Our apartment was very tired and the furniture was marked and stained. Beds clean and comfy. Kitchen had everything you needed. Parking is a test of your driving skills!

THIS PROPERTY WAS CLOSE TO THE AUCKLAND CITY HOSPITAL WHERE I HAD A FAMILY MEMBER AS AN INPATIENT. NO GUEST INFO COMPENDIUM, TO REFER TO IN THE ROOM. HAD TO CALL MAINTENCE, COULDN'T GET THE TV TO WORK. NEEDED NEW BATTERIES. AWFUL SMELL COMING FROM A CUPBOARD. OPENED IT TO FIND NO WASHING MACHINE BUT THE GREY WATER PIPE WAS LEFT OPEN EMITTING AN AWFUL SMELL. DEALT WITH THAT MYSELF, CLOSING IT OFF WITH A PLASTIC BAG AND TIEIING IT TIGHT. CAR PARK IS DESIGNED FOR SUZUKI SWIFTS, NOT SUV'S, HORRIBLE TO GET INTO AND OUT OF AND THERE IS AN ADDITTIONAL CHARGE OF $30.00 PER NIGHT FOR PARKING.

Apart from the location and a bit of a tight park. The apartments are great value for money. Super clean. Friendly staff. Apartments are a great size and a full wahing machine with dryer and complimentary laundry powder.

Expedia has a picture of an indoor pool which is misleading and not apart of the hotel. The outdoor pool is apart of the hotel and seasonal. The hotel was great, clean and good value. Staff very helpful and kind.

Budget accom but comfortable

This is budget accommodation, it is a comfortable stay and does the job. Car parking is tricky, you wouldn't want a big car! My kids were a little freaked that there is a cemetry next door, luckly our room did not look over it. Only real negative was when one of the two lifts were out.. when hotel was full, but this was fixed.

Good afternoon, I booked to stay one night on the 2 April at the Nesuto St Martins Apmt Hotel. I arrived at the hotel at about 3.30 on the 2 April and found there was no carpark for me. I then asked the attendant to find me another hotel with a carpark. He did online for me and I verbally cancelled my accommodation. I then asked the hotel for a refund a day or two later. They checked out my story and agreed with me. However, 6 days later they told me I had to deal with your company not them. I am seeking a refund, Pete Northey

Avoid this place. Our room stank, washing machine didn't work, and lifts were broken so we had to carry suitcases down 18 flights of stairs. Also their parking was full so I had to park elsewhere. Worst apartments we've stayed at in Auckland.

The carpark is very tight, and the ramp leading into it is very steep. Our 2WD SUV could not get out without a run up. If it was wet, I think we would have required a tow to get back up the ramp.

It was an amazing stay for a family of 3. It was reasonable enough for 2 bedrooms with kitchen with a washer and dryer inside the flat. The only downside if I must say is that there was no cleaning service. However it was totally understandable for the price. You’d still get to change bed sheets, towels, get rid of garbage etc whenever if you want to. The employees were all kind and professional. The view from the room was also spectacular.

The reception staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the booking problems created by Expedia's confusing system. The room had amazing views looking out upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping and the parking was diabolical. It was lucky we have a small car; a large car just wouldn't get in there.
