Overall it was fine. Beds could be softer. Carpet could stand an update. The shower leaked out onto the floor. Breakfast wasn't of home made quality and the coffee was lousy. Sorry not gonna lie, I was not impressed! Night staff did not feel very welcoming.

No hot water for a shower and TV remote did not operate. Waited 20 minutes for water to turn hot and never did. Hotel desk personnel told me the manager would call me and I have never received a call.

Check in was fine but the room was not very comfortable pillows were not even the size of an average pillow beds too small for two people they may say double size but not much bigger then twins and bathroom smelled like a dirty washcloth smell in shower just could have been better for what people have to pay for rooms now . Will stay somewhere else next time I stay in Maine to see my brother don’t really recommend if you looking for any kind of comfort .
