The staff is very rude. No clean service for over a week. You will end to take your dirty towels to the front desk to exchange for clean towels. There are people with their pants semi off on the hallway. There are dogs barking at midnight.

The 2nd room assignment was very pleasant
We had no problems with the room we ended up staying in (512), but the only reason I gave it an Overall rating of “Okay,” was because the initial room we were assigned was filthy (dust caked on the nightstand), half of the lights did not work, the tv did not work, and the comforters looked like they had been wadded up in a pile until they decided to put them on the beds. That first room should have been placed “out of order,” until all issues were resolved. I don’t believe anyone has stayed in there in quite a while, nor has anyone been cleaning it in quite a while— there must be a reason for that. Which is why I believe staff had to be aware that room was not up to par before we were assigned that room in the first place. At any rate— the lady at the desk was very kind and swapped our room for another one, with no issues. The new room was pleasant… no complaints. Photos are from the first room we were assigned…. Some staff members were very rude and didn’t know how to smile. Did not clean the room from over a week. I see people had to put trash on the hallway. Take in pets and had dogs barking at night. On the other hand, the breakfast was very good. The facility is very nice. It is a waste of the good facilities with low quality staff service.

Adequate but not perfect
Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was decent. Bed and bedding were comfortable. I didn’t like that you couldn’t lower the temperature on the thermostat without making the AC come on. We turned up the heat before bed, but didn’t the room to be so hot while sleeping, but we also did want the air conditioning on in winter. The only option was to turn the thing off. Thin walls and highway noises made sleeping difficult for light sleepers.
