I woke up at 3 am to find my arm bitten my bed bugs I contacted front desk they moved me to another room. I was told to wait until morning to write an incident report. When I went to front desk I was told that they do not have bed bugs I said yes you do and advised that I had video and pictures which I sent to video to him directly at his request. I was not compensated a refund or anything to that matter. I called corporate and I was told that a case was open over the phone. So I will need to follow up on this matter once I return from my trip this happen July 2 2025

It was dirty, the coffee pot didn’t have the parts you need to make coffee, no trash can, the a/c didn’t cool and the door had a big gap around it.
