I checked in on Friday for the weekend only find out the clerk Marcus didn’t check me in. I was locked out of my room after returning from a day out with friends because he checked me in under another name. Of course I was frantic because I’m I had my work laptop and credentials in the room ( I’m federal government employee). The manager on duty did sort it out because this shouldn’t have happened to anyone.

One of the worst stays I’ve had in the past few years. We arrived late at night hoping to sleep and rest after a long trip, and the room was filthy. There was hair in the sink, on the pillows, and on the sheets and a lot of it. The sheets were clearly dirty. It looked like they hadn’t been washed and were just put back on the bed. We tried calling the front desk, but the phone in the room wasn’t working. Since it was late and we were exhausted, we left it as it was and continued our trip the next day. I will never stay at this hotel again. I have photos of everything to prove what I am talking about.
