Front desk staff was not very responsive. We were also given a room without black out blinds installed and the lights from the parking lot shining into the room. I booked a room almost a year in advance. And I think I was assigned one at the last minute. But close to transition and very convenient for Augusta 70.3. Clean… I guess to Be expected from 3 star hotel. We just had a really bad check in experience and the lack of a black out blind just topped it off.

The inside was very clean. Outside needs some help. There was no trashcan in room, just tiny one in bathroom. Lighting is very dim in room and bathroom. No top for ice bucket. One bath towel smelled like body odor. Metal bed frame made horrible noise.

I arrive and staff was friendly. Checked me in right away. The room was clean. I stayed there for a total of five days. The first two days they did not clean the room I had to tell them after that, then everything was good.

Nice hotel

This hotel was clean, modern and up to date. However our king size bed seemed a little worn. When lying down, a person tended to roll into the middle of the bed. The outside patio area was clean and quiet. It was a great evening for us to sit outdoors.

All of the employees nice and professional. The breakfast crew were extremely friendly and took care of all of our needs. This hotel is on the far end of Broad St, but never felt unsafe and was convenient to walk for events, dining, and shopping.

Kim in food service did am outstanding job ensuring we were well tended to during the complimentary breakfast. Honestly she went way above and beyond and deserves a spot bonus and/or raise, as she is one of the main reasons we'll probably return. Ebony in guest service did a great job as well! The hotel is in a pretty good location, convenient to AU and not too far from better shopping. The downtown Augusta area has many vacant storefronts, which is not ideal, but that's not the hotel's fault.
