Very hospitable staff. Accommodations were very good. Breakfast was fantastic, thebsmimed salmon is a must try. The one thing id suggest is adding a few electric vehicle chargers.

My trip was amazing I was in town for a concert. My room was nice and clean and comfortable with a kitchenette and Michel’le was a few rooms down from us and we got to meet her before the concert and the ladies of Changing Faces stayed there as well. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at Hyatt House. It was very secure and the candy at check in desk is delicious too. We also had a nice view and we were on the fifth floor.

Nice stay as part of a longer trip

The staff at this hotel are all terrific. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional and wantibg to make your stay perfect. Our room was comfortable and clean. It was nice to stay downtown and have a chance to see that part of Augusta. It's clearly in need of some investment, but has great potential and some small busi esses are making their case for a revitalized downtown.

Used to be nicer, the elevator requires a key and that’s lame for Augusta. Front door opens so slow you almost walk into it.

Great stay!

From the room to the bar everything was outstanding ! The roof top bar was amazing ! The room was large and roomy ! Alexis was a great bartender a lot of knowledge ! Great personality! The other bartender was awesome as well I just forgot her name . Front desk was outstanding but again forgot her name ! Great location! Breakfast was super good! I will return!
