I did not get the room I had booked. Their only solution was for me to add a cot in my room. The room I booked had a couch. The cot was too short and the mattress was horrible. The air/heater always blew air even when off and it was absolutely disgusting and needed to be cleaned. The fire alarm went off at 4:45 a.m. and there seemed to be no communication as to what we should do or if we could go back to our room. The front desk could have been more pleasant. I know it was a crazy time but there was no apologiesfor anything. This was not my first time staying there but will probably be my last.

I unfortunately did have to check out of this hotel and seek accommodation elsewhere. The staff was lovely and did refund the remainder of the stay. The facilities were run down and the entire establishment reeked of cigarette smoke. My actual room was not cleaned properly - the bathroom had mold and hair in the shower. Management has their heart in the right place, but they need to make some major updates to the hotel.

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. The couch was old , worn and dirty. The carpet was dirty. The room was very small, not ADA compliant. If we were not there for a wedding with very little time to rebook another hotel, I would not have stayed.

Our room smelled like smoke even though it is a no smoking facility and the carpet was dirty and stained. The entire facility needs a good facelift and update. It is very outdated and the hot tub needs to have the tile and grout reconditioned. The bathroom is outdated and didn’t feel the cleanest due to age. The parking in/out situation is a disaster due to a one way traffic pattern. But, the staff were pleasant.

Friendly check in. A bit more like a motel with the car parked outside the room at the front and a door at the back leading into the rest of the building. Room was average but with plenty of space. We did not eat at the hotel or use the pool but did have a drink in the bar. A pleasant place for a one night stay.
