Not all of the lights worked in our room, not all of the outlets worked in the room. The tub drained poorly. The towel rack was dented and not secured to the wall properly, there were bugs, the blow dryer was disgusting. I understand a 2-star hotel is not extravagant but would expect at least cleanliness.
