First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating water, but no tea/coffee was available. There is no food service. Location is inconvenient and not manny amenities were around. I was so fed up that I decided to cancel one night stay and they were lying to say that they had rejected other bookings where entire hotel was empty. I had argument with them and I paid the cost by finding all 4 tyres of my car were having multiple punctures next day. (I had checked tyres on the day already). I expect Expedia to get in touch with me, because this is horrible experience.
