Overall a good stay. Pros: The hotel was very clean since it was recently built and staff was very friendly. Room was clean and a little small but I was solo so didn’t bother me too much. There was free parking at the hotel and food/grocery stores were nearby. Not too far from downtown Austin. Breakfast was a grab and go service. Choice of bagels, toast, cereal or premade breakfast sandwiches. Worked for me since I was in a hurry most mornings. Cons: I was on the second floor but there was a problem with ants. The floor was not sealed properly and there were ants all over the bathroom floor. The walls were very thin and the floors were hardwood. I could hear people on the floor above me and beside me walking around in their rooms and could hear their conversations.

Booked a two night stay but after one night, I had to leave. Very noisy at night with a highway next door, hearing people cough thru the walls and people loudly talking all nigjt out in the hallway. Also very sketchy people lingering outside the place. I spoke to the front desk and told them why I was leaving and asked for a refund for my second night but they refused to help. They said talk to expedia, and expedia, as useless as they are said to talk to the hotel. So i got a crappy experience and no refund.
