Citizen m has the world’s tiniest hotel rooms. There is nowhere to sit - you can’t eat or work in your room unless you do it on the bed, which spans the entire width of the room (7 feet). No closet no storage no room for your suitcase. Never again citizen m.

Convenient location but really tiny room. For one person it is okay but I can't imagine two people in the room. E.g., when the bathroom door is open, one literally can't get out of the room... Bed is against the wall.

I loved the hotel the only issue was the amount of homeless people in the neighborhood with severe mental illness. I got yelled at and followed a lot which made me not want to leave the hotel much. Luckily the hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed being inside. So the issue was not the hotel´s fault. The issue is the inequality and poverty in the US.

All the staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Would have like a steamer in the room. Ice machine would also help and water refill on each floor. Minor inconveniences because the rest of the stay was perfect.

A great hotel with small but nice rooms. We are already booking another stay here. We really enjoy this look and feel of this hotel. It's a great location. The room are quite nice but they are small, think cruise ship cabin.
