I had to check in late, after midnight. There were no instructions at the exterior doors about how to get in or be admitted - no signs, no buttons, no bells. After about 5 minutes somebody noticed me on a security camera and came out to ask if I needed anything. Being alone in a large city past midnight stuck with my luggage - it was NOT a good feeling. Once inside, the folks were friendly and helpful. Minor quibble: no free coffee was available at any time, in the room or at/near reception.
