From the front desk staff to the custodial/house keeping staff, to the cooks for breakfast- every person I saw or spoke to was friendly, professional and appeared to be invested in making the property inviting and welcoming. Bravo!!

The lounge and customer service was good BUT there was a nasty musky smell coming from the room we stayed in. We only stayed a night and left. Wouldn’t recommend longer than that.

Bed was comfortable room was quiet. Couldn’t adjust the AC fan to low for background noise while sleeping. We requested early(1:00) check in when making the reservation and were toldwas told no problem. When we arrived manager said no but would allow a 2:00 vs 3:00 checkin so we waited in the lobby until 2:00. Pretty rude

Booked a room for 3 people and arrived fairly late and tired. Room was absolutely freezing with aircon at 60 degrees full blast. Checked the room and zero bedding for the pull out sofa for the third person. Went to reception and given a plasic bag with one fitted under sheet and a rough blanket with no pillow or over sheet. I was told they dont do pillows!!! Tried changing the aircon to heat to try and avoid hyperthermia but got a very strong burning smell do abandoned that plan and put layers on to sleep in! First and last time in Comfort Inn
