Nightmare
At check in Cathy was not friendly I was like we were bothering her, she never made eye contact when I asked questions and she was brief. The first room had feces on the floor, the next room was very dirty the couch, carpet, bedskirt all had stains, the toilet was dirty, the lamp shades did not have proper hardware to keep the shades in place, light bulbs missing or burnt out. Room smelled bathroom door knob falling off. Area was not the safest. I only stayed because I purchased my own cleaning products otherwise I would have immediately left, the beds were uncomfortable and worst of all when i got home I had bites on me, checked and it was bed bugs. DO NOT waster your $$ staying here.

I stayed two non consecutive nights, the AC on 13th was making noise all night long. I checked in pretty late so I informed the hotel when i woke up for breakfast. The second night the rooms filthy! Dogg hair everywhere, I informed the hotel but it was the only room they had on first floor. I was extremely upset about my experience and i would like some type of compensation. I have proof via video/pictures. The couch and carpet was full of dog hair. I am allergic to dogs!! I was sneezing all night not understanding why till I noticed the dog hair all over the room. I checked in early but i didnt go to the room till 12/1am, so i informed them again as soon as i woke up because it was the only available room on first i they could not change it and i was only a one nighter. Please compensate me, I spoke with Paula as my person of contact for 13th/15th

Ok, not the best area and hotel not in great shape. Quite few stains on couch, toilet and shower backed up, but not comfortable. Feasible for one night, close to a lot of good restaurants. Would not likely return.

The hotel itself is clean and decent. Parking was a little tight for the area and construction. The staff wasn't very friendly no greetings or smiles. The door to my room constanly malfuctioned. The shower and tub connections was not working properly. The breakfeast options were not the best as everything tasted old and dry.

Very comfortable bedding! Nice and quiet on the non-expressway side. Although we paid a premium for the F1 weekend, housekeeping was a little slack. In room coffee area was not cleaned and coffee and condiments were not serviced.

Average stay between the airport and town. Hotel is not in great condition. Carpet stains, dust everywhere, bedding in need of a refresh. The employee at check in was so kind and helpful when we arrived late at night, and that makes a huge difference!

Overall, the experience was okay. The room needed more cleaning, and we weren’t able to get towels until the next day. We had a sofa bed, but the mattress topper had stains. The staff was friendly, but we asked for someone to check our mini fridge, and no one showed up. The Wi-Fi was terrible. Overall, the experience was below average for the amount we paid.
