Hotels.com not accepting they are at fault!!!!!!
Continued from previous review…. Then I got an email asking how my checkin was. I called hotel and they had charged me for a full night stay because I had y canceled. I had NO CONFIRMATION email and no confirmation code so I had not canceled. Hotels . Com told me that it was not their problem. Hotel refused to refund the night stay. I will never uses HOTELS.COM again. And although I am a Marriott user when I travel I will need to think long and hard before I choose Marriott again ( though I believe this is the fault of Hotels.com. )

Awesome for last minute hotel
I made a last minute trip to Pflugerville and decided to stay at the Courtyard since the Payson I was going to visit lives near by. It was a good choice. The rooms were clean and spacious. The price wasn't unreasonable. I'll definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the easy lobby layout and GYM. The fact that I needed to go down to the lobby every evening to pick up Coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room was quite cumbersome…. While I totally am happy to agree to housekeeping once every 3 days the fact that it came with these hassles was unexpected… not one I have noted in any other hotel chain…
