Staff were great.
Went to Austin for the birth of my 4th great grand baby. I was tired and need to rest. The staff was excellent. Neil was great. The bed was hard, not comfortable. The pillows were not great. The room had an odor. The toilet kept running. It was clean and that’s the most important to me.

WORST area, dont book through hotels.com. The room was next to freeway and i mean NEXT! HEAVY TRAFFIC ALL NIGHT!!! Couldnt sleep at all. If we would have booked direct, they would have accommodated us better. Also, hotels.com are booking rooms, taking your money and then when you get there, youre booked in another hotel near the area.

The only problem I had was I was given a room other than what I booked. I think I got a down grade but paid the same price. I booked a king suite and got 2 double beds. Never at check in did they say anything about the change of rooms and didn’t tell me they were putting a hold on my card (yes I know most hotels do, but they always tell me when they do) But everything else was fantastic and I will definitely stay again when in the area.
